Two ways to fix a sewer line in Chicago without a trench

Cured-in-place pipe lining pulls or inverts a resin-saturated liner into the cleaned host pipe and cures it into a new, jointless pipe inside the old one. Pipe bursting pulls a bursting head through the old pipe from a pit at each end, splitting it outward while new HDPE pipe follows behind. It is the answer for collapsed, bellied or undersized lines that cannot be lined.
